Our Story
Effie’s Bridal was opened in 2014 by Burnsville native Paula Coulter. “Owning a bridal store had always been a dream I wanted to pursue. As most do, you find yourself in a career that makes you happy but doesn’t fully fulfill ones soul.” After being amongst one of the many severely injured in the devastating 35W bridge collapse in Minneapolis, her mindset shifted on where her life would lead her.
In four words, Effie’s Bridal has been described as: Elegant. Sophisticated. Fashionable. Welcoming.
Our brides always come first throughout their experience with us. We communicate with the bride throughout her customized and personal appointment and are on the brides’ side and a part of her tribe during the visit.

Through our one-on-one personalized appointments with our experienced consultants, every Bride feels welcomed and experiences her special bridal moment with those she cares about most.
The Pink Parlor Room
Where every girl can have her “moment” celebrating one of her biggest decisions – the dress. A beautifully decorated private parlor – wall to wall mirrors, runway, and champagne toasts to celebrate one of the most memorable moments in a girl’s life. Don’t forget a variety of veils and accessories at your fingertips!
